Cost Per Action (CPA) is the process whereby we drive traffic to a web page and at that page encourage the visitor to take a specific action, perhaps to take a trial offer of a product, may to give their email address or filling out a form.
We, the provider of the web page and the traffic to the web page get paid whenever a visitor takes the required action.
For internet marketers this proposition is very attractive because there is no need to source a product and can be done if you do not know how to sell online, create your own products, create landing pages or use PPC (Pay Per Click) marketing.
The payments for CPA offers can be substantial, commonly ranging from $5-15 and in some cases up to several tens of dollars per completed action.
As with all business models the trick is to understand how the business works and that is not always so easy. Before you sign up for your first CPA networks, you need to know that they will not take just anyone. Taking the keywords we researched earlier, we can easily add them to the landing pages and create a landing page that will not only increase your CPA offer conversions, but will get a good score from Google (important for reducing the price you pay for your PPC advertising).
7. Promoting your site: PPC Adwords, SEO
Once you have created your landing page, it’s time to promote it. That brings us to use of Pay Per Click (PPC), by using Google’s Adwords PPC program. In this video you will learn how to create a basic Adwords Campaign and to decrease your CPC (Cost Per Click). You will learn some basic copy/paste PPC techniques.
